Mr. Braddock at His Work

I was possessed by this idea and I couldn't sleep 'till I'd drawn it. It could have come out better, but it also could have come out a lot worse, haha.
Well, this is Mr. Braddock doing what he does best -- experimenting and inventing. He's in his workshop underground in the dead of winter messing with some sort of unstable chemical. He is pleased with the results.

I only did this with, like, 3 layers of color because I didn't expect to take it so seriously. I was hoping for a more sketchy simplistic feel to it, but I couldn't get the lighting right that way.
