Just a Techta

I never give Techta enough love. She was my first character on City of Heroes and has since become somewhat of an alias for almost everything. Poor thing is the oldest and most loved character I have (not just from CoH but from all imagination) and I never have settled on any story for her I probably went through at least 7 different biographies in her description in-game, and none ever suited her the way I wanted. Oh well, I'll keep thinking about it.
